How do I add a SalesBook contact?
After logging into your SalesBook account, select the 'Contacts' link at the top of the page or the 'Contact Manager' from your MyHome page.

On your Contacts Manager you can also create Contact Groups and then import your contacts directly into a group.  Using Groups makes it easy when sending announcements to specific group of people such as 'Customers', 'Prospects', 'Colleagues', etc.

You can then add a new contact by selecting 'NEW' to add contacts one at a time, or 'IMPORT CONTACTS' to upload your contact(s) from Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, Hotmail, or from Outlook.

From Outlook: you first need to export your contacts from Outlook. In Outlook, select File and then Import & Export and follow the prompts. Be sure to save the file onto your desktop so you can find it when you're ready to import into your SalesBook.  Return to your SalesBook, click the 'Contacts' link at the top.  From your Contact Manager, click 'Import Contacts' and a window will appear.  From the Mail Service dropdown menu, select 'Outlook' and then click the [Browse] button.  On the window that appears, select Desktop and select the file exported from Outlook and click [OK].  Click [Get Contacts] and allow time for your contacts to be listed in the left-hand window.  Click the [All] link at the bottom to import all your contacts or check the box next to each contact you wish to add to your SalesBook Contacts.  SalesBook does not share or communicate with your contacts.

From Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, or AOL: click the Contacts link, click the Import Contacts link, select your source you wish to import contacts from such as Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.  Enter your user name and password for the selected service and press the [Get Contacts] button.  Your contacts will then be listed in the left-hand window.  You select all the contacts by clicking [All] on the bottom left, or you can select the box next to those contacts you wish to import.  Click the [Add] button between the two windows near the top to add the selected contacts to your SalesBook Contacts.
