Which browser versions do you support?
Many issues have been identified as being browser related.  Please check the version of the browser you are using.

1. click help located at the top of your browser, then select 'About...'.

If you are using Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 then you definitely need to upgrade. Version 6 is 3 years old and lack the features and security to utlitize the advanced capabilities of SalesBook.

Current versions:

Internet Explorer = version 8 (click here to download)
FireFox = version 3.0.10 (click here to download)
